After sales servicing for these systems is facilitated under our Gold and Silver Maintenance Contracts. These cover a host of repair, maintenance and preventative-maintenance services to assist in containing and eliminating problems.

The Gold Level of software support services includes:

• Incident Resolution by Telephone
• Remote Software Diagnostics and Repair provided by modem dial-in link
• On-site Diagnostics and Repair
• Telephone Consultation
• Update Services
            - updated fixes and patches of currently licensed software as they are made available
            - advice on the significance of corrections and enhancements
• Installation of Updates
• Support/Service during normal working hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays
• Four-hour response time from receipt of request.

Our Silver Level of software support services includes:
