ILLUMINAT provides field and depot support services for all digital imagers/photo copiers, fax machines, type writers, franking machines, binders and shredders that we carry, eight hours a day, five a week.

Our services include site visits pre-installation to determine suitability of electrical environment and physical conditions as specified by the manufacturer; set-up and installation of equipment; equipment testing in actual operating environment; user training on supported applications; servicing of equipment, hardware maintenance contracts; standby services; time and material repairs delivery, equipment upgrades and enhancements, and refurbishment, and pickup and delivery.
