ILLUMINAT provides hardware support for our full range of personal computing products during the hours of 7.45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.

Our services include site visits pre-installation to determine suitability of electrical environment and physical conditions as specified by the manufacturer; set-up and installation of equipment; equipment testing in actual operating environment; user training on supported applications; servicing of equipment; enhanced warranty options; extended warranty options; customised maintenance contracts; standby services; pickup and delivery services; and equipment upgrades.
